AFP Action Congratulates Dan Newhouse (WA-04) on Election Victory

Yakima, WA – Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) congratulates U.S. Representative Dan Newhouse on his successful reelection campaign to represent Washington’s fourth congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. 

AFP Action Senior Advisor and AFP Regional State Director Heather Andrews issued the following statement:

AFP Action Congratulates Young Kim (CA-40) on Election Victory

Sacramento, CA – Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) congratulates endorsed candidate Young Kim (CA-40) on a successful campaign to continue to represent California’s 40th congressional district. 

AFP Action’s efforts to engage in this race is part of its first major engagement in the Golden State as part of its largest election engagement effort to date. In addition to our engagement in Young Kim’s race, AFP Action also endorsed Kevin Kiley (CA-03) who won his race, and John Duarte (CA-13), Michelle Steel (CA-45), and Scott Baugh (CA-47) where we are still awaiting results.

AFP Action Congratulates Endorsed Candidates in Successful GA State Legislative Races

Atlanta, Georgia—Today, Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) congratulated endorsed candidates on their successful runs to serve in the Georgia state legislature. 

Incumbent Greg Dolezal (SD-27), Kay Kirkpatrick (SD-32), Ed Setzler (SD-37), and John Albers (SD-56) won reelection to the state senate.  

Incumbent State Representatives including Speaker Pro Tempore Jan Jones, Mike Cameron (HD-01), Jason Ridley (HD-06), Joseph Gullett (HD-19), Todd Jones (HD-25), Ginny Ehrhart (HD-36), John Carson (HD-46), Scott Hilton (HD-48), Chuck Martin (HD-49), Deborah Silcox (HD-53), Josh Bonner (HD-72), Matt Reeves (HD-99), Soo Hong (HD-103), Rey Martinez (HD-111), and David Jenkins (HD-136) all won reelection to the Georgia House of Representatives. 

AFP Action also endorsed non-incumbent Sandy Donatucci for the 105th house district, in a race that is currently too close to call.

AFP Action Senior Advisor and Americans for Prosperity-Georgia State Director Tony West issued the following statement after the races were called:
