ICYMI: AFP Action Grassroots, Rep. Crank Hit the Doors for Day of Action

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — On Saturday, Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) and Representative Jeff Crank gathered grassroots volunteers from across Colorado Springs for a Day of Action supporting the Congressman’s re-election. The Day of Action continues AFP Action’s support for Crank, a proven, common-sense conservative voice for El Paso County.

Congressman Jeff Crank released the following statement:

“El Paso County voters are deeply concerned about the radical socialist agenda gaining ground on the left. They want leaders who will stand up, fight back, and defend the values that make our communities strong. In Congress, I will continue working to protect economic prosperity, rein in burdensome regulations, and lower the costs hurting middle-class families.”

AFP Action Senior Advisor Brittany Trujillo released the following statement:

“Jeff Crank is a Colorado native who has dedicated years of his 9-to-5 to bettering Colorado, and this weekend, he was back in the community doing exactly that, knocking doors, talking directly with constituents, and listening to the people he represents.

“Jessica Killin claims Colorado, but Washington, D.C. can claim much of her recent political career. She only recently moved back to Colorado Springs after spending years building her career in Washington. She now describes herself as a ‘middle-of-the-road centrist, almost center-right Democrat, but voters deserve to look beyond the label and examine the record.

“Killin has publicly opposed the largest tax cut in U.S history. While Congressman Crank has voted to keep more money in the pockets of Colorado families. Colorado voters deserve the opportunity to compare the records, not just the rhetoric.”

Volunteers knocked doors, speaking directly with voters about Crank’s record of fighting inflation, defending taxpayers, and unleashing American energy — and about the stakes of the race against Democratic challenger Jessica Killin.

AFP Action’s investment in the race spans direct mail, a significant digital buy across display and video, and sustained grassroots organizing through Election Day. AFP Action endorsed Crank in February.
