JUNEAU, AK – As first reported in The Washington Post, Americans for Prosperity Action launched a $3.4 million advertising campaign and canvassing blitz across Alaska in support of U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan’s reelection.
With the new $3.4 million spend on TV, digital and radio ads, AFP Action has now spent $6.5 million to date in support of Sullivan. AFP Action’s Alaska team has canvassed non-stop since its endorsement in June and is on pace to reach tens of thousands more voters in the weeks remaining before Election Day.
The ads highlight Sullivan’s opponent Mary Peltola’s history of voting in lockstep with her party, at a time when Democrats are shifting toward dangerous socialist policies that threaten the Alaska way of life. Dan Sullivan will say no to Washington control of Alaska, keep cutting taxes, and unleash Alaskan energy.
“Dan Sullivan has a vision of government that trusts free Alaskans to make choices for themselves,” AFP Action senior adviser Kevin Greene told The Post.
