CHARLESTON, W.Va.—Tonight, Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) congratulated Riley Moore on his successful bid to represent West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District.
Moore earned West Virginians’ votes for his commitment to restoring fiscal sanity in Washington, promising to prioritize border security, and his understanding of the cost-of-living crisis that’s been making life unaffordable across the Mountain State.
AFP Action Senior Advisor and AFP WV State Director Jason Huffman issued the following statement after the race was called:
“AFP Action is proud to have supported Riley Moore and ensured that West Virginians have principled and reliable representation in Washington. We applaud our grassroots activists and volunteers for supporting his successful bid for election to the U.S. House of Representatives.
“With Riley Moore in Washington, AFP will be able to push back against radical and regressive policies and fight to put the American Dream back within reach.”
This has been a record-breaking year as AFP and AFP Action separately engaged in a staggering 647 races, including 7 critical U.S. Senate races and 44 U.S. House races.
