SANTA FE, NM — Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) today announced its endorsement of four candidates for the New Mexico State House of Representatives ahead of the November election.
AFP Action Senior Advisor Sarah Hetemi issued the following statement:
“It’s critical that we elect candidates to the New Mexico State House who will protect taxpayers and work to make our state the obvious choice for anyone who wants the freedom to pursue their dreams. New Mexicans expect their elected officials to stand up for them and work to keep our state affordable. We are confident that these champions will fight to lower costs, push back against government overreach, and ensure economic prosperity is within reach for all residents of our great state.
“Our grassroots activists will be out across the state in the weeks ahead to make sure voters know what’s at stake on Election Day. AFP Action is proud to stand behind them, and we’re confident New Mexicans will do the same this November.”
AFP Action endorsed the following candidates:
- Nicole Chavez — House District 31
- Rebecca Dow — House District 38
- Catherine Cullen — House District 57
- David Adkins — House District 68
