Concord, NH — As first announced in the New Hampshire Union Leader, Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action) today announced a high six-figure ad buy hitting Chris Pappas for refusing to stand up to the socialist takeover of the Democratic Party.
The buy follows John Sununu’s decisive primary win and brings AFP Action’s total investment in the race to more than $5 million this cycle.
AFP Action Senior Advisor Sarah Scott said:
“Chris Pappas has voted with his party 94% of the time. He is a follower, not the independent leader that New Hampshire needs. The clearest example of this is when he voted ‘present’ for a House resolution condemning socialism. What makes anyone think he’d stand up to the socialist wing’s radical spending agenda in the Senate? Every time Washington wanted a blank check, Pappas said yes. We cannot afford to continue that disastrous record in Washington.
