Detroit, Michigan—Last night, Mike Rogers once again defeated Elissa Slotkin on the debate stage.

  1. Mike Rogers is not a rubber stamp. He’s ready and willing to push back against the worst instincts of progressive Democrats and he will fight for Michigan families and businesses.
  • Elissa Slotkin can claim that she’s a “fiscal conservative” but her voting record tells a very different story.
  • Unlike Elissa Slotkin, Mike Rogers will vote to secure the border and reduce the importation of fentanyl into our country. Despite having every opportunity, Slotkin voted against border security measures that would end the chaos at our southern border.
  • Even when it comes to issues fundamental to Michigan’s economy, Slotkin votes with her party, not her people. She voted against fellow Michigander John James’ bill to roll back the Biden-Harris Administration’s electric vehicle mandate, even though a ban on gas-powered cars will be catastrophic for Michigan automakers.
  • Elissa Slotkin is trying to mislead voters with moderate statements and positions, even though she votes with the Biden-Harris Administration 100% of the time.”
